Job Description

Key responsibilities Client consultations: Perform detailed skin analysis to understand client needs and concerns. Treatment planning: Develop personalized treatment plans based on skin type and condition, and recommend specific services and products. Service delivery: Administer a range of skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion, as well as other procedures like laser hair removal. Record keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, treatment progress, and recommended routines. Sales and customer service: Upsell or cross-sell products and services to meet sales targets and ensure client satisfaction. Ongoing education: Stay current with the latest trends, products, and techniques in the skincare industry by attending workshops and seminars. Collaboration: Coordinate with dermatologists, therapists, and other team members to provide comprehensive care. Hygiene and maintenance: Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are clean and hygienic. Required qualifications and skills Education: A bachelor's degree in a related field like cosmetology, dermatology, or life sciences is often preferred. Experience: Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in a related field is typically required. Technical skills: Proficiency in performing various skin treatments and strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and products. Soft skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build client relationships.
