Job Description

Hiring: Sales Manager New Business Development Company: Kinetic Engineering Ltd. Location: Pune Experience: 10 to 15 years Education: BE Mechanical + (MBA preferred) Key Responsibilities: Drive new business development with domestic OEMs & international Tier-1 suppliers for transmission assembly, parts, and drive-line components. Build and maintain strong relationships with purchasing, R&D, and production teams of target customers. Collaborate internally for product development, costing, and supply chain optimization . Handle RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes and negotiate contracts. Work towards revenue growth and market expansion in domestic & global markets. Key Requirements: Experience in sales & business development (preferably in automotive components, Transmission assembly, Parts, or drive line components ). Strong knowledge of B2B sales, powertrain, and export automotive markets . Ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive business expansion. Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills . Willingness to travel domestically & internationally for business development. Apply Now!
