Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets
Develop and execute effective sales strategies for real estate projects
Generate leads through channel partners, site visits, referrals, and marketing campaigns
Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to closure
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners
Conduct site visits, client presentations, and negotiations
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and MIS
Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and legal teams for smooth deal closures
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales support
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Experience working with channel partners and brokers
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Strong leadership and people management skills
Local real estate market knowledge
High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
