Job Description

Sales Manager (Microfinance NBFC)

  • Lead and manage sales activities for JLG / individual loan products.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for acquisition and disbursement.
  • Guide and monitor field staff for group formation, centre meetings, and collections.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships in rural/semi-urban areas.
  • Ensure 100% compliance in documentation and KYC.
  • Identify high-potential market areas and implement expansion plans.
  • Provide training and support to field officers.
  • Regular coordination with Operations, Credit, and Collections teams.
  • Prepare sales MIS and performance reports.
