Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager - MBBS Admissions, located in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving the admissions process for MBBS programs. Daily tasks include counseling prospective students, managing leads, conducting follow-ups, organizing informational sessions, and ensuring enrollment targets are met. The role also involves collaborating with university representatives to provide detailed program information and assisting students through the admission process.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of MBBS admissions processes and educational counseling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in sales and lead management
• Organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
• Prior experience in the education industry is highly desirable
