Greetings for the day!!! Scouting for a Assistant Manager Sales (Product Farm Equipment's) to be associated with a Global Engineering Organization. Location: Kolkatta Designation: AM Reporting: DGM Sales Role & responsibilities Responsible for sales of Agri products in northern region. Capable of handling dealer channel across the region. Active participation in product demo and exhibition and representing the company as a brand. Having experience in govt. dept /tender participation/govt. liaising for product addition in their portal. Coordinating with all dealer sales team for generation of leads; participation and conversions of leads and ensure year on year market share growth. Market Intelligence. Monitoring and achieving the sales targets for the product lines ; Ensure budgeted sales and gross margin target. Timely collection of payments. Special focus over building strong relationship with existing and prospective customers as well as dealers in the territory Preferred candidate profile Diploma/Degree in Agriculture engg./ Mechanical/MBA Experience in B2B Sales for more than 3+ Years.
