Job Overview

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives for our luxury township developments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in premium real estate salesparticularly townshipsand will be responsible for client engagement, achieving sales targets, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales operations for luxury township projects under Della Township.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, including HNIs and Ultra-HNIs.
• Conduct personalized site visits, client meetings, and project presentations.
• Drive sales closures and ensure post-sale customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with marketing teams for campaign planning and lead generation.
• Track and report sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activity.
• Ensure excellent client service standards and handle queries and escalations professionally.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior sales executives when needed.
  

Job Expectations

Qualifications & Skills:

• Deep understanding of the premium real estate market and buyer behavior.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office.
  

Minimum Qualification

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum Job Experience

Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the real estate industry, with at least 3 years in luxury township or integrated community projects.
