Job Description

As a Sales Manager for Lubrication Services & Accessories, you will be responsible for leading sales and distribution efforts in the lubricants, coolants, lubrication hardware, and maintenance industry. Your primary focus will be on B2B sales with an emphasis on service-based solutions. Your key responsibilities will include identifying, targeting, and converting high-value B2B clients. You will also be tasked with building and maintaining strong customer relationships to foster long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in service sales. A background in engineering or business administration (B.E. or MBA) is desirable. This position is based in Jamshedpur with a hybrid work model. You should be willing to travel across India as needed.
