As a Sales Manager, your role involves driving sales and ensuring that business targets for Retail loan products are achieved. Your key responsibilities include: - Aggressively driving sales numbers and achieving business targets for Retail loan products through cross-selling and enhancing client relationships. - Retaining and expanding the company's customer base for retail loan products to ensure repeat business and referrals. - Maximizing sales through a strong network and relationships. - Developing and maintaining strong liaisons with clients for repeat business or referrals. - Ensuring that files are processed from the login stage to disbursement and liaising with internal departments for completion. - Optimizing team productivity by effectively managing the team of relationship managers to achieve team results and meet business targets. - Aligning with the team on the ground for lead generation activities. - Leading and supervising the team in implementing the growth agenda through training, motivation, and deployment strategies. - Keeping abreast of market trends and competitor intelligence to develop effective sales and marketing strategies. - Providing feedback to the central product and policy team based on an understanding of markets, competition, processes, and available products. - Ensuring compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations, as well as company processes, policies, and reports.
