We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead sales efforts for our premium residential properties, including apartments and villas. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategies to generate leads, build strong partnerships, and close deals while maintaining excellent client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales for apartments and villas by developing and executing effective strategies. Generate leads through various channels and build a strong sales pipeline. Establish and maintain relationships with channel partners to boost property sales. Prepare and analyze weekly sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Engage potential clients by calling them, scheduling site visits, and showcasing properties. Develop and maintain a network of investors, realtors, and other industry professionals. Provide expert guidance to clients and ensure a smooth buying experience. Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to refine sales tactics.
