Job Description

Local candidates preferred (Barasat, Habra, or nearby).
Experience handling gold, diamond, and silver jewellery sales.Ability to work on weekends and festive seasons (with compensatory offs).Lead and manage the daily operations of the jewellery showroom in Barasat/Habra.Drive store sales targets and achieve monthly and quarterly goals.Train, supervise, and motivate the sales team to deliver excellent customer service.Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring personalized service.Manage stock levels, inventory control, and coordinate with the head office for replenishment.Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively to retain loyalty.Ensure visual merchandising and showroom cleanliness align with brand standards.Track competitor activities and share market feedback.Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities to attract footfall.Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and discipline.Generate and analyse daily/weekly sales reports and performance metrics
