Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing international sales strategies for dry fruit products such as almonds, cashews, pistachios, walnuts, and raisins. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying, engaging, and managing international buyers, distributors, and importers. - Conducting market research to identify emerging markets, consumer trends, and competitive activities. - Negotiating contracts and pricing with foreign clients while ensuring compliance with international trade laws and Incoterms. - Collaborating with logistics and documentation teams to ensure timely and compliant shipments (EXW, FOB, CIF, etc.). - Participating in international food expos, trade fairs, and B2B meets to enhance brand visibility. - Preparing international sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management. - Building strong after-sales support systems to enhance client retention and satisfaction. Key Skills required for this role include: - International Sales & Business Development expertise. - Knowledge of Export Documentation & Logistics. - Proficiency in Client Relationship Management & Negotiation. - Experience in Market Entry Strategy & Distribution Setup. - Familiarity with Trade Compliance & Certifications such as FSSAI, APEDA, BRC, etc. - Ability to work with CRM, Sales Forecasting & MIS Reporting tools. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance. The work schedule is day shift, and the work location is in person.
