As a Sales Account Manager, your role will involve strengthening client relationships by engaging with existing clients regularly and ensuring their evolving needs are met and exceeded. You will cultivate deeper partnerships by becoming a trusted advisor. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities within current accounts to grow revenue, such as suggesting new services, products, or solutions. Your duties will also include overseeing daily orders, ensuring smooth and efficient product/service delivery, and negotiating deals to close mutually beneficial agreements while securing long-term contracts. You will be focused on meeting and exceeding sales targets for both new and existing customers, with a clear objective of retention and expansion within accounts. Client satisfaction is key, and you will need to ensure clients receive consistent, high-quality service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly to ensure long-term satisfaction. Providing feedback through comprehensive reports on customer satisfaction, sales progress, and engagement will be essential to drive future improvements.
