Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales plans to achieve targets. Additionally, you will analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to propose effective strategies. You will also plan and implement brand promotion activities to enhance brand visibility in the Indian market. Building and maintaining long-term client relationships, resolving client issues, and demonstrating strong cross-cultural communication skills will be crucial. Furthermore, you will coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of orders and after-sales support. Being willing to be based abroad long-term with frequent travel and performing under high-pressure conditions will be essential. You must be results-driven with excellent data analysis and decision-making skills, familiar with international trade regulations, and internal compliance processes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve targets - Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to propose effective strategies - Plan and implement brand promotion activities to enhance brand visibility in the Indian market - Build and maintain long-term client relationships - Resolve client issues to improve satisfaction and loyalty - Demonstrate strong cross-cultural communication skills - Coordinate with production, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders and after-sales support - Be willing to be based abroad long-term with frequent travel - Perform under high-pressure conditions - Strongly results-driven with excellent data analysis and decision-making skills - Familiar with international trade regulations and internal compliance processes (e.g., bidding, contract review) Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Biology, Chemical Analysis, Food Safety, Medical Devices, or related fields - Work Experience: 3-5 years of international sales or foreign trade experience, with solid knowledge of global sales models and trade processes. Proven experience in developing key accounts or managing regional sales teams, familiarity with the Indian market is preferred. Industry experience in Food Safety, Chemical Analysis, Laboratory Equipment, or Medical Devices is a strong plus. - Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
