Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Drive
new business development
and consistently achieve/exceed sales targets for
Identity Confluence
.
Develop and nurture
long-term relationships
with CXO-level stakeholders including CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, CROs, Risk/Compliance Heads, and IT Directors.
Manage the
end-to-end sales cycle
: prospecting, opportunity identification, solution positioning, proposal building, negotiations, and closure.
Partner with
pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams
to deliver tailored demos, workshops, and proposals.
Build and maintain a
healthy pipeline of opportunities
through proactive prospecting, networking, and leveraging industry connections.
Stay updated on
IAM/IGA market trends, regulatory requirements, and competitor offerings
to effectively position Identity Confluence.
Provide
market intelligence and client feedback
to internal teams (product & marketing) to influence future solution roadmaps.
Represent the organization in
industry events, conferences, and partner forums
to enhance visibility and generate leads.
