Creation of daily and weekly sales plan with the teamVisiting markets and customers to develop better customer relationsIdentifying bulk order opportunities and capitalizing on themIncrease the number of buying customers and basket size of customerIdentifying and rectifying de-growth amongst the customersEnrollment and tagging of new customers with sales potentialUnderstanding market and planning focus articles accordinglyCoordinating with logistics and full-service desk for deliveryEnsuring timely delivery of orders and managing bulk ordersCoordinating with AGM Sales, ZSM & OM team for special pricingContinuously updating knowledge about articles and offersCoordinating with the operation team during Invoice level promotionsTracking CC/KAM wise sales and updating sales plan basis the insightsAchieving sales & margin target month on month & annuallyPromote private label products amongst HoReCa / Institutional customersEnsuring all the FOIS parameters are achieved regularlyAssist customers with festival and seasonal stock planning & purchaseAssisting customers with festive gifting options from Metros catalogueFinding potential customers who can use metros festive gifting offeringsCoordinating with main cash team for payment processing.
