Role Overview:

As Sales Manager, you will lead business growth initiatives in the smart home and home theatre sector, managing client relationships, executing targeted sales strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class solutions for modern living spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Develop and implement sales strategies for home automation, smart devices, and home theatres

·      Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive business development

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, builders, architects, and interior designers

·      Conduct product demonstrations and lead contract negotiations

·      Gather market feedback to drive new solutions and enhancements

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Automation or related field (MBA is a plus)

·      2+ years of experience in sales for home automation, smart home, and home theatre products

·      Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

·      Knowledge of smart lighting, automation protocols, IoT systems, and AV products

·      Willing to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events
