You will be responsible for finding and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Preferably, you should have a decent customer base. Your main tasks will include achieving allotted sales targets, lead generation, accumulating prospective calls, and cultivating them into business opportunities. You are expected to make daily sales reports with the current pipeline status and actively seek out new sales opportunities. Setting up meetings with potential clients, closing contracts, and delivering appropriate presentations on products and services will be part of your routine. Collaboration with team members to achieve better results and gathering feedback from customers or prospects to share with internal teams are essential. Additionally, you will participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven 3-4 years of experience as a Sales Manager or in a relevant role - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Self-motivated with a flair for sales and business development - Results-driven approach and comfortable working in a target-oriented role - Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations - Graduate or Postgraduate - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint About the Company: The company operates in the Sales & Marketing / Business Development / Telecaller industry.
