Sales Manager-Guarding Services

As a competitive and trustworthy Sales Manager for man guarding services, you will be responsible for finding and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Having experience in integrated security solutions will be an advantage in this role. It is preferable for you to have a decent customer base to leverage in achieving allotted sales targets, lead generation, accumulating prospective calls, and cultivating them into successful business relationships. In this position, you will be expected to make daily sales reports reflecting the current pipeline status, actively seek out new sales opportunities, set up meetings with potential clients, and close contracts with them. Your role will also involve preparing and delivering appropriate presentations on products and services, collaborating with team members to achieve better results, and gathering feedback from customers or prospects to share with internal teams. Additionally, you may be required to participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences. To be a successful candidate for this role, you should have proven experience of 3-4 years as a Sales Manager or in a relevant position. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with a self-motivated attitude and a flair for sales and business development. A results-driven approach and comfort in working in a target-oriented role are key attributes for this position. You should also possess aptitude in delivering attractive presentations, be a graduate or postgraduate, and proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
