Job Summary:
Greywood Realty Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in real estate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, site visits, client handling, and closing property sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on sales leads.
Conduct client meetings and property site visits.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Stay updated with the local property market.
Maintain daily sales activity reports.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Sound knowledge of Agra’s real estate market.
Basic computer and CRM skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
