Position : Sales Manager from Mechanical Location : Chimbali, Pune, Maharashtra Salary : ₹50,000 - ₹60,000 per month Experience : 6-8 years in Qualification : B.Tech / Diploma (Mechanical or Electrical) Job Description: We are looking for experienced Sales Manager for insert products/equipment sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical/electrical engineering and a proven track record of driving sales and developing business strategies. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, maintaining customer relationships, and leading a dynamic team. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the region, aligning with the company's overall business objectives. 2. Lead and manage a team of sales engineers and sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure sales targets are met. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements. 4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including identifying and developing strategic partnerships. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and maximize impact. 6. Analyse sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and optimize sales performance. 7.
