Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales professional with a proven track record in sales and business development of Electrical Power and Control Cables for LT & HT (Cable industry), within the targeted region or location.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales growth and achieve predetermined sales and collection targets in the assigned territory.
Implement effective sales and business development strategies to penetrate new markets and improve market share.
Expand and strengthen the customer base and distribution network to improve brand visibility and availability.
Continuously monitor sales performance, identify gaps, and take corrective actions to achieve business objectives.
Lead, guide, and develop the local sales team, fostering a high-performance and target-oriented culture.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers, channel partners, influencers, and other key stakeholders.
Maintain deep knowledge of market trends, competition, and customer needs to stay ahead in a competitive landscape.

Preferred candidate profile

Relevant experience in sales and business development in Cable industry (Electrical Power and Control Cables for LT & HT).
Established track record in the location/area of operation is essential.
Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently with strong leadership and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams and achieve ambitious growth targets.
Willingness to travel extensively
to support both internal teams and external customers.
Excellent
business communication skills
