This will be a mid management level role focusing on selling non perishables under domestic and export markets.
Requirement :
- at least 10 years of relevant experience
- comes with contacts of large FMCG companies and export customers where he/she has been selling such non perishables
- will have to lead the business to begin with and develop a team
- will be responsible for sales of all the non perishables that we grow at a Pan India level
- will have to lead a team eventually as the business grows
- has significant knowledge of market requirement in terms of type of crops, variety of produce, quality specs etc
- has knowledge of how to structure the export deals where payments are secured with minimal risks for export markets
- having some exposure of sales of chemical free/organic produce will be good
