Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our showroom operations and sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proven sales expertise, and prior experience in the automobile industry, preferably two-wheelers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share.

• Ensure excellent customer experience and after-sales support.

• Coordinate with management and Simple Energy team for smooth operations.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and suggest business improvements.

• Train and motivate the sales team for performance excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Sales Manager / Team Leader in the automobile industry (two-wheeler experience preferred).

• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.

• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• Good knowledge of the Ernakulam automotive market.

• Passion for EVs and sustainable mobility is a plus.
