Sales Manager - Education Programs

As an associate partner of a reputed international education group, you will be responsible for promoting international learning opportunities and supporting students through counselling and admission processes. Your role will involve both business development and student guidance to ensure candidates are matched with suitable international education programs. Key Responsibilities: - Generate and manage leads for international education programs - Counsel students on available programs and admission requirements - Assist in application, documentation, and follow-up processes - Build and maintain strong relationships with students, universities, and corporate partners - Achieve monthly enrolment and sales targets - Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and reporting systems Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline - 3-7 years of experience in sales, counselling, or education services - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools - Goal-oriented and organized approach In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will have the opportunity to enjoy excellent incentives and hybrid work flexibility in this role.,
