Job Summary:

Sales Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead International Sales Campaigns

    for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP offerings across various industries and regions.
  • Build and Manage a Global Sales Pipeline

    of enterprise opportunities from lead generation to closure.
  • Collaborate with Microsoft and Strategic Partners

    to execute co-selling and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Engage with C-level Stakeholders

    to present tailored solutions and consultative sales strategies.
  • Drive Business Development Activities

    to identify new markets, accounts, and revenue streams.
  • Ensure

    Consistent Sales Performance and High Customer Satisfaction

    across assigned territories.
  • Utilize Sales Tools

    such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Dripify, etc., for efficient outreach and engagement.
  • Stay updated on

    Industry Trends and Market Identifiers

    to refine targeting and positioning.
  • Apply

    Strong Consulting and Negotiation Skills

    to close high-value deals.
  • Prepare

    Sales Reports, Dashboards, and KPIs

    to measure performance and improve strategy.
  • Curate and Execute Strategic Sales Plans

    to ensure revenue growth and market expansion.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in

    international sales

    and business development in the CRM domain.
  • Strong knowledge of

    Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem

    (CRM and/or ERP).
  • Experience working closely with

    Microsoft and partner channel ecosystems

    .
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and generate insights.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Dynamics certifications are a plus.
  • Experience in SaaS or enterprise software sales.
  • Exposure to multiple industry verticals (e.g., Manufacturing, Retail, Finance
