Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
• Pitch franchise opportunities and services over the phone.
• Maintain and update a database of leads, ensuring regular follow-ups.
• Clearly explain the franchise terms, services and benefits with confidence.
• Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly meeting and conversion targets.
• Handle customer queries effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
• Keep accurate records of calls and submit daily reports to the team lead or manager.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 year of experience in tele-calling or sales.
• Fluency in Hindi is mandatory and basic spoken skill in English.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
