The ideal candidate should have a background in sales from any industry and a valid Four wheeler License. As a Relationship Manager / Sales Manager / Sales Executive at Amar Cars, your responsibilities will include various aspects of the sales process. This includes pre-sales activities such as lead generation, referrals, and offering test drives to potential customers. During the sales phase, you will be involved in selling cars, accessories, facilitating exchanges, providing finance and insurance options, and introducing loyalty card programs. Post-sales duties will include ensuring smooth delivery and after-sales service to customers. One of the key aspects of this role is understanding the customer's financial requirements and guiding them on suitable options based on their profile. It is essential to keep track of the customer's ongoing car-related needs and provide them with regular updates. Building long-term relationships with customers and ensuring their satisfaction are crucial elements of this position. To excel in this role, you should be result-oriented, a team player, possess excellent communication and selling skills, and have a customer-centric approach. A valid Car Driving License is mandatory for this position.
