As a seasoned BPO Sales Professional, you have an exciting opportunity to join Flatworld Solutions as a SALES Manager for Creative Services. In this role, you will be responsible for spearheading the delivery of top-notch Creative Services to an international clientele. Your role will involve nurturing strategic partnerships, expanding creative services globally, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with diverse teams to exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities: - Craft and implement cutting-edge business development strategies for an international client base, focusing on graphic design, DTP, video editing, and animation. - Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the US and EU markets. - Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets and developing business. - Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to synchronize strategies. - Utilize Sales CRM systems to monitor progress, manage client relations, and analyze market trends. - Communicate effectively with US and EU clients, showcasing strong verbal and written communication skills. - Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and emerging technologies. Qualifications Required: - 7-10 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within a creative studio, ad agency, or international BPO specializing in publishing/design services. - Proven track record of leading a Sales/BD team. - Familiarity with software such as Adobe Suite, Flash Animation, FCP, AVID is a plus. - Strong experience with Sales CRM systems like Zoho, Salesforce, and a track record of achieving revenue targets. - Exceptional communication skills to engage US/EU customers. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results. - Willingness to work across global time zones and in a Work from Office setup to lead teams effectively.
