Counsel students and parents about courses, curriculum, eligibility, fees, and career outcomes Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries Convert leads into admissions by understanding student needs and offering suitable programs Maintain accurate student records and update CRM/lead management systems Explain admission procedures, policies, and institute guidelines clearly Follow up with interested candidates regularly to ensure enrollment completion Coordinate with training, placement, and operations teams Assist students with documentation, onboarding, and batch allocation Participate in admission drives, seminars, webinars, and events Achieve monthly/weekly admission and revenue targets
