About the Role:

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert leads in construction and industrial PEB sectors.
• Build and maintain strong connections with architects, consultants, contractors, and builders.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Provide insights on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
• Support and participate in marketing campaigns, trade shows, and industry events.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and technical presentations.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience:

  2.5+ years in sales & marketing within the construction or PEB industry.

• Skills:

  Excellent in communication, client handling, negotiation, and presentation.

• Attitude:

  Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-centric.

• Mobility:

  Two-wheeler is mandatory for field visits.

• Local Advantage:

  Good understanding of the Hyderabad construction market is a plus.

• Education:

  Diploma/Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or MBA (preferred, not mandatory).
