We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at Assetpri Constructions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting Architects, Structural Engineers, Industrial Clients, and Developers, and closing deals for civil construction and Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build long-term business relationships.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the civil and industrial construction sector.
Meet Architects, Structural Engineers, Consultants, and Clients to promote our services and secure projects.
Generate and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
Coordinate with internal teams to prepare quotations, proposals, and BOQs as per client requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Represent the company in client meetings, site visits, and business events.
Any Graduate (Civil Engineering background preferred but not mandatory).
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the Construction / PEB industry.
Good communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
Ability to negotiate, build rapport, and close deals effectively.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive in building client relationships.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of construction/PEB processes is an advantage.
Salary: ₹25,000 per month + Performance-based incentives.
