The purpose of this role is to generate new business, create new opportunities and increase revenue for the company. Maximize sales by increasing market penetration, visibility and by strengthening relationships amongst designated accounts. He/she should have a strong understanding of the services and customer needs.
This position shall also be responsible for leading and developing a strong and success driven sales network across the respective regions.
· Plan, execute and monitor Sales Operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth
· Ensuring 100% end to end fulfilment for all orders secured
propose solutions for overall business enhancement
· Work closely with the Technical Team to ensure a seamless execution of projects
· Provide technical insights to clients and address any technical queries or concerns Should have had hardcore field sales experience
· Should have experience of dealing with the end users
· Follow the internal sales processes as established by the company
· Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures
· Coordinate with finance and accounts teams to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment collection
· 3 –5 years of Sales experience
· Experience of HVAC industry would be an added advantage
· Should have dealt with Industries/Farma Industries, Corporates, Commercial and Residential Buildings etc
· Comfortable talking to GM’s, CXO’s and above
UG: BE/BTech/Diploma Preferred
