As a Sales Manager at Goodyear in Hyderabad, reporting to the Regional Business Head, Cons PBU, India, your primary responsibility will be to achieve quantitative sales objectives, ensure the execution of the country's commercial strategy, and lead a team of sales representatives. - Conduct sales analysis of the region/territory including market, competitors, and key accounts - Achieve volume, Gross Margin, and channel targets - Control key sales accounts in the assigned region/territory - Manage the sales team by implementing sales call methods, providing training, enhancing productivity, and utilizing IT tools effectively - Centralize field information and build action plans to enhance customer professionalism - Monitor and optimize team productivity - Facilitate, assess, and train the team for performance improvement - Control key accounts, make customer calls, negotiate/sell, and implement commercial policies - Optimize IT tools used by the sales force and ensure data reliability and processing - Facilitate, assess, and train the sales team through field accompaniment, regional meetings, and sales actions - Consolidate market information and communicate it internally - Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insights and action plans from data - Highly motivated leader with a passion for driving business growth - Experience in leading a team - Knowledge of business concepts, industry best practices, sales & negotiation techniques, and legislative requirements - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Educational Qualification: MBA - Minimum 10 years of experience in the FMCG or FMCD industry Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies with about 72,000 employees and manufacturing facilities in 23 countries.
