Roles and Responsibilities

Manage sales performance of insurance products through bancassurance channel.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve business targets, including premium collection and policy issuance.
Build strong relationships with bank partners to drive cross-selling opportunities.
Identify new business prospects within the bank's customer base and develop plans to acquire new customers.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to stay ahead in the market.

1-6 years of experience in general insurance sales or bancassurance sales.
Strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and regulations.
