We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in the role of Business Loans Sales Manager. The key responsibilities for this role include: - Identifying and nurturing strong relationships with channels to enhance Business loan portfolios. - Driving sales numbers aggressively to meet and exceed business targets for Business loans. - Ensuring seamless processing of loan files from the initial stage to disbursement by coordinating with internal departments like Operations and Credit. - Enhancing team productivity by efficiently managing a team of sales executives to ensure the achievement of team objectives, meet business targets, and enhance location profitability. - Staying updated on market trends and competitor insights to devise and implement effective sales strategies. - Taking charge of market intelligence activities and exploring innovative product ideas. - Implementing technological solutions to enable end-to-end digital processing of loans. **Eligibility Criteria:** - **Qualification:** Graduation/post-graduation in any field - **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in Business loans with a Bank, NBFC, or Fintech organization - Exceptionally high levels of motivation and self-starting capabilities - Strong sales and relationship management skills - Excellent Channel Management Skills - Tech-savvy with a strong digital orientation If you are passionate about driving business loan sales, possess excellent relationship management skills, and have a knack for leveraging technology to streamline processes, we invite you to join our team at Credit Saison India and be a part of our journey to reshape India's credit landscape.
