Job Summary:

The Automobile Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve dealership sales targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure efficient operations of the sales department. The role includes planning, strategizing, and executing sales activities, along with team training and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Maintain and improve customer satisfaction through effective interaction and follow-up.
Manage vehicle inventory, including forecasting demand and coordinating with procurement.
Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews with the team.
Train and coach sales consultants on product knowledge, sales techniques, and CRM usage.
Ensure compliance with company policies, automotive standards, and local regulations.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
Coordinate with service, finance, and insurance departments for a seamless customer experience.
