Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, your main role will be to manage organizational sales effectively by developing a business plan that encompasses sales, revenue, and expense controls. You will be responsible for meeting planned sales goals and setting individual sales targets with the sales team. Tracking sales goals and reporting results when necessary will also be part of your responsibilities. You will oversee the activities and performance of the sales team, as well as coordinate with marketing on lead generation efforts. Your duties will also include the ongoing training of your salespeople to ensure they stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge. Motivating your team, providing counseling when needed, and educating them on product knowledge will be crucial for their development. Additionally, you will be tasked with promoting the organization and its products, understanding our ideal customers, and how they relate to our products.
