Role Overview:
Drive and manage direct insurance sales, build client relationships, and achieve business targets through strategic planning and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert leads to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Monitor sales performance and report progress.
• Mentor and guide sales teams (if applicable).

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in BFSI direct sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Target-driven and result-oriented.
• Graduation Complete
