1. Identify Client segments and tailor-make prompt strategies in consultation with the line function.
2. Set benchmarks and monitor the progress on a daily basis.
3. Provide feedback on Insurance related activities at the ground to Partner Bank s Line supervisors through updates, MIS and regular meetings.
4. Weekly review meetings with Regional heads and Monthly business review meeting with Zonal Heads of Partner Banks to discuss course-correction if any and way forward.
5. Conduct RM Road shows regularly and address them to garner top-of-the-mind recall.
6. Convert at least one 50lakh account (non-GMC, GPA) every quarter
7. Cross-sell to Corporate s Employees
