As a Sales Manager for Backhoe Loaders and Excavators at Ramdev Earthmovers & Ramdev Equipments (TATA HITACHI), you will be responsible for leading the sales efforts in the Jodhpur region. With 8-10 years of experience in construction equipment sales, your role will involve generating and converting leads, building strong relationships with contractors and key customers, meeting sales targets, understanding customer needs, and staying updated on market conditions. Key Responsibilities: - Generate and convert leads for Backhoe Loaders and Excavators. - Build strong relationships with contractors, builders, and key customers. - Meet monthly and yearly sales targets. - Understand customer needs and provide appropriate equipment solutions. - Stay informed about competitors and market trends. - Collaborate with service and finance teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction. - Provide regular reports and updates to the management. To excel in this role, you should possess good knowledge of the local market in Jodhpur and nearby regions, strong communication and negotiation skills, self-motivation, target-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently.
