Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with builders, architects, contractors, distributors.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Understand customer requirements and provide tailored product solutions.
Handle negotiations, pricing
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Provide insights and recommendations for product positioning and pricing.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve set targets.
Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and operations to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 5-8 years of sales experience in glass, building materials, or related industries.
Strong knowledge of glass products, applications, and industry standards.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office
Willingness to travel extensively.
Note : Experience with glass industry and have contacts with architects is must.
