Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and inbound lead follow-up. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Present, promote, and sell trading products/services to customers over calls, emails, and online meetings. Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate trading solutions. Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of orders. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management. Qualifications & Skills Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service, preferably in the trading/commodity/financial services industry . Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong team player.
