We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our commercial vehicle sales team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in commercial vehicle sales and team management. Candidates with 3 years or more experience in sales, including team leadership, will be considered.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in automobile sales
Commercial vehicle sales experience preferred
Strong team leadership and target management skills
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
Capable of training and motivating the sales team
