Description
As a US IT Sales professional at a Leading IT Services Company in Gurgaon, you will be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities across key verticals in the US market. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal and closure. It will be your duty to build and maintain a robust pipeline aligned with quarterly and annual sales targets. Your goal will be to consistently achieve and exceed net-new revenue and orderbook goals. Establishing and strengthening relationships with CXOs, technology leaders, and procurement heads will be crucial in this role. You will work closely with internal teams such as Presales, Delivery, and Practice leaders to tailor solutions that align with client needs. Representing the Company at industry forums, virtual events, and client interactions will also be part of your responsibilities. It is essential to maintain accurate sales reporting and pipeline hygiene in CRM. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience in IT services sales for the US market, particularly in hunting roles. Prior experience in selling digital transformation offerings, including Cloud, AI, Product Engineering, Data & Analytics, and CSD is required. A deep understanding of US enterprise IT ecosystems, decision-making cycles, and buyer behavior is essential. Your strong ability to lead strategic, consultative conversations with senior stakeholders will be a key factor in your success. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are also necessary. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred) with "8+ yrs experience in IT services sales for the US market, specifically in hunting roles.
