Sales Ledger Assistant

As an Accounts Receivable billing specialist, your role involves interfacing directly with customers worldwide. Your responsibilities include generating and emailing invoices to clients daily, reviewing and processing credit memos, and reconciling customer receivable balances. Key Responsibilities: - Generate customer invoices and submit to clients via email or client portal - Maintain and organize support for customer remittances - Respond to customer queries - Reconcile customer statements and correct discrepancies when necessary - Support financial statement audits - Assist in the month-end financial statement close - Support other accounting projects as required - Possess working knowledge of VAT, TDS, Service Tax, and GST - Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures Qualifications Required: - Experience in bookkeeping for accounts receivable, billing, or O2C - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Self-discipline and ability to work effectively in a team - Meet monthly deadlines - Proficiency in IT with knowledge of software packages like Excel, Word, and SAP If any additional details about the company are provided in the job description, please include them here.,
