Job Description

The Accounts Receivable Accountant position involves directly interfacing with customers globally. Your primary responsibilities will include generating and emailing invoices to customers daily, reviewing and processing credit memos, and reconciling customer receivable balances. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining customer remittance support, responding to customer queries, reconciling customer statements, supporting financial statement audits, assisting in month-end financial statement close, and working on other accounting projects as needed. Your proficiency in handling VAT, TDS, Service Tax, and GST will be beneficial in ensuring adherence to the company's policies and procedures. To excel in this role, you should have prior experience in bookkeeping within accounts receivable, billing, or O2C. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, self-discipline, effective teamwork abilities, punctuality in meeting monthly deadlines, and proficiency in IT tools such as Excel, Word, and SAP are essential qualities for success in this position.
