Sales & Lead Conversion Associate Job (Remote)

About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Speak with leads (incoming inquiries) on WhatsApp and calls, understand their needs, and explain how our IT courses (CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA A+, IT Support) help them get IT jobs 2. Follow up regularly and guide students until they enroll 3. Handle objections confidently price concerns, hesitation, or competitor comparisons 4. Maintain lead data properly on Google Sheets or CRM 5. Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets fixed salary + attractive commission 6. Assist in promoting courses on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) by creating simple posts, flyers, and writing basic captions 7. Help in running basic Facebook/Instagram ads to generate more leads (training can be provided if needed) 8. Reply to inquiries from comments, DMs, and WhatsApp generated through social media posts or ads 9. Build good customer relationships to increase trust and conversions

4. Highly target-driven, disciplined, and quick with follow-ups

5. Must have a proper work setup — laptop/desktop, strong internet, and WhatsApp access
