Create and improve student resumes tailored for IT Support jobs in the UK. 3. Coordinate and schedule interviews between students and employers. 4. Provide interview training focused on common IT Support questions and answers. 5. Send daily work and progress reports to the trainer. 6. Communicate professionally with students and employers via email and phone/WhatsApp. 7. Maintain accurate records of applications and follow-ups. 8.
