Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Proactively identify and contact potential clients through various channels (inquiries, referrals, social media, wedding platforms, etc.).
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads and schedule call or meetings.
  • Conduct meetings (in-person, phone, or virtual) to understand clients’ preferences and present suitable packages and offerings.
  • Articulate the value proposition of our wedding planning services, tailoring recommendations to fit the couple’s needs and budget.
  • Build trust and rapport with prospective clients, easing their event-planning concerns.
  • Maintain long-term relationships that encourage referrals and positive testimonials.
  • Maintain timely and professional communication with clients and ensure expectations are clearly managed.
  • Stay current on wedding trends, venues, and vendor options to provide informed recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the planning team to ensure services are accurately represented during the sales process.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through consistent follow-up, pipeline management, and closing techniques.

Qualification

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, ideally in the weddings or hospitality industries.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a polished and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and highly organized.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of the wedding industry trends is a plus.
About Company: We are an event planning & management company based out of South Delhi. We are into corporate events, private parties, and weddings. Our founder is a CA and lawyer, following his passion to grow his brand since 2019. He believes in growing with the people.
